We own the rights of the pictures posted on our website, as well as the pictures of our deco kits and our interior design projects.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website.
We may ask for personal information which may include one or more of the following:
- Name
- Email
- Phone/mobile number
- Home/mailing address
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes only:
- to provide you with our personalized interior design service
- to ship you our deco kits
- to contact and communicate with you
- for advertising and marketing
Our website may link to external sites over which we have no control. 

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING
Our processing time is up to 5 days.
Shipping in Denmark - 53 DKK 
International shipping is offered at flat rates depending on destination. Contact us for a specific shipping solution.

TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order is packed and on its way to the post office. In the email you will find track-and-trace information from the shipping company.
For uncollected packages in the parcel shop (must be done within 10 days of notification via email / sms) that are returned, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the shipping costs that the shipment has incurred.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
When the package arrives, it is important that you, BEFORE you acknowledge receipt, check about the packaging and possibly the item is damaged. If it is, make an objection and state on your receipt what is wrong, e.g. "right corner is damaged" or similar. If you fail to do so, the carrier may disclaim any liability for the transport damage. You must notify us immediately in the event of damage, no later than within 2 working days. Feel free to take photos of the packaging before unpacking the item, so you are sure to have documentation in case it turns out that the item is damaged.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We don’t hold responsibilities for delays due to custom.

ORDER
Please check that your address, delivery and contact information is correct before making the purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in connection with incorrectly stated information.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, G-Pay and Apple Pay. We use an approved payment server via Stripe that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read. Once you have paid for your purchase, you will receive a receipt via email with purchase details.
Please note that Stripe authorizes your payment when your order is placed, although there may be a few days processing time.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after the delivery date. The items you want to ship back should be sent within 14 days after the delivery date. We will proceed with the refund of the order money once we’ve received the items back and verified that no damage has occurred. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is returned with damages, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
